Day 1
· Pick up step aboard guide at Cajun Tours Office
· TARC for coffee and beignets - (weekdays only)
· All-day Cajun Cultural Tour with step aboard guide -Travel to end of Louisiana Bayou Communities - Visit a net maker, an alligator hunter, a fur trapper, shrimp factory, crab factory, Cajun and Indian fishing villages, above-ground cemeteries. View marshland, swampland, the oil industry, shipbuilding, sugar cane farms, oyster and shrimp boats, bayous, and canals etc: View lifestyles and hear local history. View alligators in wild and lots of waterfowl on private property.
· Lunch on own at local seafood restaurant
· Tour continues after lunch to three other bayou communities. View lifestyle of local Indians and Cajuns.
· Dinner included at one of Houma's well known restaurants.
· Overnight Houma, Louisiana

Day 2
· Breakfast Included
· Plantation Tour with step aboard private guide. Travel along Mississippi River and hear German and Creole history.
· Visit Oak Alley Plantation - View the oak trees that cascade entrance to Oak Alley
· Visit Laura Plantation - Visitors hear Creole history as the local guide tells history of plantation. The diary of former owner was found and much of the tour is from Laura's Diary
· Lunch on own at Oak Alley
· Visit Jean Lafitte Heritage Center
· View Sugar Mill
· Dinner is included at Melvin's Restaurant, Big Al's Restaurant, Miss Brandi's Restaurant, Dave's Cajun Kitchen, 1921 Seafood Restaurant, or Gino's Restaurant
Overnight - Houma, Louisiana

Day 3
· Breakfast Included
· Visit Waterlife Museum
· Visit Terrebonne Art Guild
· Visit Southdown Museum
· Lunch at Bayou Delight Restaurant on own
· Swamp Boat Tour with Cajun Bayou Cruises - Visit the deep swamps of South Louisiana and hear history of waterfowl, fur bearing animals, reptiles, and the vegetation in local swamps.
· Dinner on own at Melvin's or Cristiano's Restaurant
· Overnight Houma, Louisiana

Day 4
· Breakfast Included
· La Jardin Garden Tour - a 26 acre registered backyard wildlife habitat
· Lunch on own
· Depart near 12:30 p.m.

Honduras House, Lar Jardin, and Amanda Magenda overnights would be additional charge of $50.00 per person for package.
